If you are spraying in an area with no other plants – like a drive way – Roundup is the best choice but if you are spraying in your yard we recommend Crossbow so you don’t harm the grass. However, crossbow also requires multiple applications to be effective. Crossbow, however, is more selective and won’t harm the grass or other plants around the weed you’re trying to kill. Roundup is technically more effective because it will kill all plant growth in 1 or 2 sprays. Crossbow, on the other hand, uses Triclopyr which kills only weeds – but has some additional side effects and takes longer to kill weeds. Overall was satisfied with how it performed.
